نالَ المُنى مَنْ عَمِلَ لِدارِ البَقاءِ۔

Never do that which would tarnish you with disgrace.
لاتَفْعَلَنَّ ما يَعُرُّكَ مَعابُهُ۔

Do not do that which will lower your dignity and your reputation.
لاتَفْعَلْ ما يَشينُ العِرْضَ والإسْمَ۔

Do not shoot an arrow that you are unable to turn back.
لاتَرْمِ سَهْماً يُعْجِزُكَ رَدُّهُ۔

Never undo a knot that you are unable to firmly retie.
لاتَحُلَّنَّ عَقْداً يُعْجِزُكَ إيثاقُهُ۔

There is no trade like good deeds.
لاتِجارَةَ كَالعَمَلِ الصّالِحِ۔

There is no provision more beneficial than righteous deeds.
لاذُخْرَ أنْفَعُ مِنْ صالِحِ العَمَلِ۔

There is no good in action without knowledge.
لاخَيْرَ في عَمَل بِلا عِلْم۔

لاخَيْرَ فِي العَمَلِ إلاّ مَعَ العِلْمِ۔
