One whose speech is excessive is never free from lapses.
مَنْ كَثُرَ مَقالُهُ لَمْ يَعْدَمِ السَّقَطَ۔

اَلتَّرَوّي فِي القَوْلِ يُؤْمِنُ الزَّلَلَ۔

The best speech is that which is neither boring [because of its length] nor too brief.
خَيْرُ الكَلامِ ما لايُمِلُّ ولايَُقَِلُّ۔

خَيْرُ الكَلامِ الصِّدْقُ۔
