In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. May peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (), his pure progeny, and his noble companions.

The provided Hadith of Imam Ali (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ) emphasizes the importance of moderation in our consumption of food. Imam Ali (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ) advises Muslims to adopt a balanced approach when it comes to eating, as it is not only beneficial for our physical health but also aids us in our worship.

Let us delve deeper into the words of this Hadith to gain a better understanding. The word (qasd) "قَصْدِ" refers to moderation or balance. It implies avoiding extremes and finding a middle ground.
