Hadith #1742

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. May peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), his pure progeny, and his noble companions.

In this profound Hadith of Imam Ali (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ), he states that Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) admits into Paradise those of His servants whom He chooses, based on their sincere intentions and righteous hearts. It is not their meat nor their blood that reaches Allah, but it is your piety that reaches Him.

Furthermore, in Surah Al-Qasas (28:56), Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) states:

Indeed, you do not guide whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided.

Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - indeed, We will not allow to be lost the reward of any who did well in deeds.

Secondly, possessing sincere intentions and righteous hearts enables us to attain true success and fulfillment in this world and the hereafter. As Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) states in Surah Al-Qasas (28:77),

But seek, through that which Allah has given you, the home of the Hereafter; and [yet], do not forget your share of the world.

By prioritizing the hereafter and seeking Allah's pleasure through sincere intentions, we can strike a balance between worldly responsibilities and spiritual growth.

Lastly, this Hadith serves as a reflection of the profound knowledge and wisdom possessed by Imam Ali (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ).
