Hadith #4896

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. May peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), his pure progeny, and his noble companions.

The Hadith of Imam Ali (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ) states,

Solemnity is the ornament of the intellect.

This wise utterance emphasizes the importance of maintaining a dignified and composed demeanor, as it enhances the intellect and reflects the inner wisdom of an individual.

The word (waqar) "وَقَار" in Arabic refers to solemnity, dignity, and composure. It encompasses a sense of grace, respect, and self-control. Certainly will the believers have succeeded: They who are during their prayer humbly submissive.
