Hadith #3327

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. May peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), his pure progeny, and his noble companions.

The provided Hadith of Imam Ali (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ) is a wise utterance that emphasizes the importance of fear and reverence towards Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ). And take provisions, but indeed, the best provision is Taqwa (fear of Allah). So fear Me, O you of understanding.

This Ayah highlights that the ultimate provision for our journey in this world is the fear of Allah, which leads to righteousness and wisdom.

Furthermore, in Surah Al-Hashr, Ayah 18, Allah says,

O you who have believed, fear Allah. And let every soul look to what it has put forth for tomorrow - and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what you do.

This Ayah reminds us that fearing Allah is not only a personal duty, but it also requires us to reflect upon our actions and be accountable for them. It is through this fear and consciousness of Allah that we can strive to improve ourselves and avoid actions that may lead to our own belittlement.
