Putting Trust In Allah

Trusting in Allah is an honourable sufficiency for the one who relies upon it. اَلتَّوَكُّلُ كِفايَةٌ شَريفَةٌ لِمَنِ اعْتَمَدَ عَلَيْهِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Trusting in Allah means distancing oneself from [reliance upon one’s] strength and power, and... اَلتَّوَكُّلُ اَلتَبَّري مِنَ الحَوْلِ والقُوَّةِ وانْتِظارُ ما يَأتي بِهِ القَدَرُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Beware of choosing [a path] for yourself [instead of putting your trust in Allah], for indeed most... إيّاكَ أنْ تَتَخَيَّرَ لِنَفْسِكَ، فَإنَّ أكْثَرَ النُّجْحِ فيما لايُحْتَسَبُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم The root of the heart’s strength is in putting [one’s] trust in Allah. أصْلُ قُوَّةِ القَلْبِ اَلتَّوَكُّلُ عَلَى اللّهِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Verily the perfection of trust in Allah stems from the verity of certitude. إنَّ حُسْنَ التَّوَكُّلِ لَمِنْ صِدْقِ الإيقانِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Trusting in Allah is [a means of] sufficiency. اَلتَّوَكُّلُ كِفايَةٌ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Trusting in Allah is an asset. اَلتَّوَكُّلُ بِضاعَةٌ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Trusting in Allah is the best pillar [of support]. اَلتَّوَكُّلُ خَيْرُ عِماد۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Trusting in Allah is the fortress of wisdom. اَلتَّوَكُّلُ حِصْنُ الحِكْمَةِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Trusting in Allah is the best action. اَلتَّوَكُّلُ أفْضَلُ عَمَل۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Trusting in Allah stems from strength of certitude. اَلتَّوَكُّلُ مِنْ قُوَّةِ اليَقينِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم It is through the strength of one’s trust in Allah that the level of one’s faith is evinced. بِحُسْنِ التَّوَكُّلِ يُسْتَدَلُّ عَلى حُسْنِ الإيقانِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Trust in Allah the Glorified, for indeed He has guaranteed the sufficiency of those who put their... تَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللّهِ سُبْحانَهُ فَإنَّهُ قَدْ تَكَفَّلَ بِكِفايَةِ المُتَوَكِّلينَ عَلَيْهِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم The strength of a servant’s trust in Allah is to the extent of his reliance on Him. حُسْنُ تَوَكُّلِ العَبْدِ عَلَى اللّهِ عَلى قَدْرِ ثِقَتِهِ بِِهِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم It is sufficient for your trust [in Allah] that you consider no one else as a channel for acquiring... حَسْبُكَ مِنْ تَوَكُّلِكَ أنْ لاتَرى لِرِزْقِكَ مُجْرِياً إلاّ اللّهُ سُبْحانَهُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم It is in trusting Allah that the true essence of conviction lies. فِي التَّوَكُّلِ حَقيقَةُ الإيقانِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Whoever puts his trust [in Allah] is catered for. مَنْ تَوَكَّلَ كُفِيَ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم One who trusts in Allah does not get worried. مَنْ تَوَكَّلَ لَمْ يَهْتَمَّ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم One who trusts in Allah is catered for. مَنْ تَوَكَّلَ عَلَى اللّهِ كُفِيَ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Whoever trusts in Allah, He suffices him. مَنْ تَوَكَّلَ عَلَى اللّهِ كَفاهُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Never allow yourself to trust in anyone but Allah, and you should have no hope in anyone but Allah. لاتَجْعَلَنَّ لِنَفْسِكَ تَوَكُّلاً إلاّ عَلَى اللّهِ، ولايَكُنْ لَكَ رَجاءٌ إلاّ اللّهُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Everyone who puts his trust in Allah is catered for [and provided for by Him]. كُلُّ مُتَوَكِّل مَكْفِيٌّ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Have trust in Allah and you will be catered for [by Him]. كُنْ مُتَوَكِّلاً تَكُنْ مَكْفِيّاً۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم There is no trouble [and distress] for the one who trusts in Allah. لَيْسَ لِمُتَوَكِّل عَناءٌ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم
