أنَا وأهْلُ بَيْتي أمانٌ لأهْلِ الأرْضِ كَما أنَّ النُّجُومَ أمانٌ لاِهْلِ السَّماءِ۔

My household and I are the [means of] security for the people of earth just as the stars are the [means of] security for the people of the heavens.

Personal Reflection

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. May peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (), his purified household, and his noble companions.

In this profound Hadith of Imam Ali (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ), he states,

My household and I are the [means of] security for the people of earth just as the stars are the [means of] security for the people of the heavens.

They are Imam Ali (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ), Lady Fatimah (عَلَيْهَا ٱلسَّلَامُ), Imam Hasan (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ), and Imam Husayn (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ).

And [remember, O Muhammad], when those who disbelieved plotted against you to restrain you or kill you or evict you [from Makkah]. But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners.

This verse highlights the divine protection and planning of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) for His chosen ones, including the Prophet Muhammad () and his household.

Furthermore, in Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 55, Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) says,

Your ally is none but Allah and [therefore] His Messenger and those who have believed - those who establish prayer and give zakah, and they bow [in worship].

This verse emphasizes the importance of seeking protection and support from Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ), His Messenger (), and the believers who are steadfast in their faith and acts of worship.
