Hadith #4133

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. Peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), his pure progeny, the Ahl al-Bayt, and his noble companions.

The Arabic Hadith of Imam Ali (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ) states:

مَنْ ذَكَّرَكَ فَقَدْ أنْذَرَكَ۔

This can be translated as:

One who reminds you [of Allah and the Hereafter] is has surely warned you [against evil].

Let us delve into the meaning of the important words in this Hadith. The word (dhakkaraka) "ذَكَّرَكَ" comes from the root word (dhakara) "ذَكَرَ", which means to remember, mention, or remind. It will not come upon you except unexpectedly.' They ask you as if you are familiar with it. Say, 'Its knowledge is only with Allah, but most of the people do not know.'
