In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all worlds. May peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (), his purified progeny, and his noble companions.

The Hadith of Imam Ali (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ) states,

One whose grief increases, his body becomes sick.

This thought-provoking Hadith of Imam Ali (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ) highlights the deep connection between our emotional state and our physical well-being.

Let us first explore the important words in this Hadith. The word "hammuhu" refers to grief or worry, which encompasses the distress and anxiety that one experiences in difficult times.
