How good a foresight precaution is! نِعْمَ الحَزْمُ الاِسْتِظْهارُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم The best equipage is precaution. أفْضَلُ العُدَدِ الاِسْتِظْهارُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم One who has the backing of Allah [and trusts in Him], his subjugation [by the enemy] becomes... مَنِ اسْتَظْهَرَ بِاللّهِ أعْجَزَ قَهْرُهُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم The one who is precautious may [also at times] get afflicted. قَدْ يُصابُ المُسْتَظْهِرُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم
