The Followers (Shi‘a)

Verily the People of Paradise will look at the stations of our followers just as a person among you... إنَّ أهْلَ الجَنَّةِ لَيَتَراؤُنَ مَنازِلَ شيعَتِنا، كَما يَتَراءَى الرَّجُلُ مِنْكُمْ الكَواكِبَ في أُفُقِ السَّماءِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Verily Allah, the Glorified, checked the earth and chose for us followers who would help us, would... إنَّ اللّهَ سُبْحانَهُ أطْلَعَ إلَى الأرضِ، فاخْتارَ لَنا شيعَةً يَنْصُرُونَنا، وَيَفْرَحُونَ لِفَرَحِنا، ويَحْزَنُونَ لِحُزْنِنا،... —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Our follower is like the bee. If they knew what was in its abdomen, they would surely have eaten it. شيعَتُنا كَالنَّحْلِ لَوْ عَرَفُوا مافي جَوْفِها لأَكَلُوها۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Our follower is like the citron, its smell is fragrant and [both] its outward and inward are... شيعَتُنا كَالأُتْرُجَّةِ طَيِّبٌ رِيحُها، حَسَنٌ ظاهِرُها وباطِنُها۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم
