Good administration is the mainstay of the citizenry.
حُسْنُ السِّياسَةِ قِوامُ الرَّعيَّةِ۔

Good administration makes leadership last.
حُسْنُ السِّياسَةِ يَسْتَديمُ الرِّياسَةَ۔

One whose administration is good, obeying him becomes obligatory.
مَنْ حَسُنَتْ سِياسَتُهُ وَجَبَتْ طاعَتُهُ۔

One whose administration is good, his leadership lasts.
مَنْ حَسُنَتْ سياسَتُهُ دامَتْ رِياسَتُهُ۔

One who falls short in administration [and politics] is poor in [and incapable of] leadership.
مَنْ قَصُرَ عَنِ السِّياسَةِ صَغُرَ عَنِ الرِّياسَةِ۔

The foundation of administration is justice.
مِلاكُ السِّياسَةِ الْعَدْلُ۔

There is no leadership like [practicing] justice in administration.
لارِياسَةَ كَالعَدْلِ فِي السِّياسَةِ۔

Sovereignty is administration.
اَلْمُلْكُ سِياسَةٌ۔

One who aspires to rise to power is patient in the face of the torment of politics.
مَنْ سَما إلَى الرِّياسَةِ صَبَرَ عَلى مَضَضِ السِّياسَةِ۔
