Maladies

It is from the [good] health of the bodies that maladies originate. مِنْ صِحَّةِ الأجْسامِ تَوَلُّدُ الأسْقامِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم There is no affliction greater than the unrelenting physical ailment. لا رَزِيَّةَ أعْظَمُ مِنْ دَوامِ سُقْمِ الجَسَدِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم There is no escape for bodies from maladies. لَيْسَ لِلأَجْسامِ نَجاةٌ مِنَ الأسْقامِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم
