Submissiveness And Humility In Front Of Allah

When you are guided to your goal then be most submissive in front of your Lord. إذا أنتَ هُديتَ لِقَصْدِكَ فَكُنْ أخْشَعَ ما تَكُونُ لِرَبِّكَ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Everything is humble in front of Allah. كُلُّ شَيْء خاضِعٌ لِلّهِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Everything is submissive in front of Allah. كُلُّ شَيْء خاشِعٌ لِلّهِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم One whose heart submits, his limbs [also] submit. مَنْ خَشَعَ قَلْبُهُ حَشَعَتْ جَوارِحُهُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Whoever is humble in front of the majesty of Allah, people become submissive to him. مَنْ خَضَعَ لِعَظَمَةِ اللّهِ ذَلَّتْ لَهُ الرِّقابُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم The best form of obedience is submission and humility. نِعمَ الطَّاعَةُ الأنْقيادُ، والخُضوعُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم How good a supporter of supplication submissiveness! نِعمَ عَونُ الدُّعاءِ الخُشُوعُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم There is no worship like [that which is accompanied by] humility. لاعِبادَةَ كَالخُضُوعِ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم Humility means servility [in front of Allah]. الخُضُوعُ دِناءَةٌ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم
