The Careful

One who is [overly] careful [not to put himself in any harm] is thrown [into it]. اَلمُحْتَرِسُ مُلَقًّي۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم One whose carefulness increases, his unseen [future] becomes sound. مَنْ كَثُرَ احْتِراسُهُ سَلِمَ غَيْبُهُ۔ —Ghurar al-Hikam —غُرَرُ الحِکَم و دُرَرُ الکَلِم
